You know that kids get a kick out of spooky Halloween decorations, but they can feel a bit cartoonish and forced. We don’t want it to look like the party store threw up in your house but it can be fun to display a shiny skull or a bowl full of creepy finds.
I found that sparkly black skull at Target a few years ago for two dollars! #winning
The glass it’s sitting on is meant for a candle but when you think outside the box, you can use it for a lot more!
Mixing real pumpkins and faux pumpkins is a great way to be both stylish and classic, and if you want to live on the wild side, you can throw a plastic organ in a cheese dome and really freak everyone out! We get weird in my house, guys. I’m cool with it.
The fake kidney was a dollar store find and I got the teak cheese dome for less than five bucks at a thrift shop. You don’t have to spend a lot of money on seasonal décor to make a big impact!
However you do Halloween in your house, have F U N !
