What you need :
- Tulle pom poms. I bought mine at Target for $3 dollars but you can find them at any craft store. Strings already attached is the way to go.
- A few branches. These can be twigs from a tree in your yard or decorative branches you have around the house. I used old pussy willows because I had them in the basement.
- A vase or bottle of some sort. You want to be conscious of the size, as in, is it tall enough to support the branches without them falling out? If you don't have a tall bottle or vase you can cut the branches to the appropriate size.
I chose the grey because they match my home but still have the Halloween feel that I'm going for. Soooo this next step is easy, and it's pretty much the ENTIRE project. Ha! You tie them to the branches. I staggered them so that it didn't looked clumped when in the bottle. You can put the branches inside the vase before you tie on the pom poms so that you can cut them to your liking.
You can get creative and use colored sand to keep them in place in the vase, or not. It's up to you! The final step is finding a new home for your adorable new display. Boom! You're done, Martha Stewart. Give yourself a pat on the back!
